Is Training Once a Week Really Enough?

The InForm Fitness Power of 10 workout is engineered for maximum impact. Just one or two sessions a week paired with proper recovery are all it takes to build meaningful strength and lasting results. How often you train – once or twice a week – depends on a variety of factors, including your age, training intensity, lifestyle, physical condition, and personal goals. Either way, recovery is non-negotiable. It’s during rest that your muscles grow stronger and your body adapts. And here’s what usually happens: once you start feeling the difference, greater strength, higher energy, less pain, you’ll be motivated to keep going. Not because you have to, but because it works.

Why We Prefer Machines over Free Weights

The number one reason is safety. When you push free weights to true failure, you can’t guarantee control at the end of a set — which is exactly when people drop weights or strain something trying to fight gravity. Machines eliminate that risk entirely.

Why Our Machines Feel So Different (and Safer)

When you pin a weight stack at 100 pounds, it’s always 100 pounds — but our machines change how that weight is delivered. The custom cam — a kidney-shaped wheel — shifts the leverage as the cable moves around it, so the same weight feels lighter in your weakest positions and heavier where you’re naturally strongest.

Your muscles aren’t equally strong throughout its range of motion. Factory-made machines ignore this and apply equal resistance in every position, which puts unnecessary stress on joints and tendons. Our cams do the opposite: They ease resistance where you’re vulnerable and increase it where you can safely produce more force.
